This necklace is designed to keep your heart pendant visible while sitting comfortably around your neckline.
To find your preferred fit, place a soft measuring tape or piece of string around your neck where you would like the pendant to sit. If you use string, mark the point where the ends meet, then measure it against a ruler.
Compare this measurement with the necklace length before ordering.
Tip: If you plan to layer your necklace, measure a piece you already wear and choose a length that leaves some space between the pendants.

How does the personalisation work?
Select your first birthstone, then choose your second birthstone separately before adding the necklace to your cart.
Each stone can represent a different person or meaningful month. Please double-check both selections before completing your order, as your necklace will be made according to the combination you submit.
Which birthstones should I choose?
Choose your birthstone alongside your partner’s, bring together your children’s birthstones or celebrate any two people who share a special connection. You can also select two colours you love.

Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. Because each necklace is made to order for you and can’t be resold, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including a birthstone selected incorrectly.
If we send the wrong item, if your necklace arrives damaged, or if it has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement at no additional cost.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
What is the necklace made from? Will it tarnish?
It is made from copper with a gold plating. To help preserve its appearance, remove your necklace before showering, swimming or exercising. Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions and cleaning products, and store it somewhere clean and dry.
Is it suitable for everyday wear?
Yes. It's designed to feel lightweight, delicate and comfortable enough to wear every day.
What if I choose the wrong birthstone?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, which selection needs changing—birthstone one or birthstone two—and the correct month.
We’ll check whether your order can still be updated. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible, so please check both selections carefully before ordering.
