If we make a personalisation error, your bracelet arrives damaged, or it has a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it at no additional cost when you contact us within 30 days of delivery.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Names or spelling entered incorrectly by the customer
- An incorrect birthstone selected when ordering
- An incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Loss or theft
- Accidental damage after delivery
- Damage caused by misuse or improper jewellery care
- Normal wear over time
Please double-check your name, spelling and birthstone before placing your order. Once your personalised piece has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

Which birthstone should I choose?
Choose your own birthstone, match it to the person whose name appears on the bracelet, or select a colour you love.
Use our birthstone chart to find the colour for each month and create a combination that feels personal to you.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. Because each bracelet is made to order for you and can’t be resold, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including a name, birthstone or size selected incorrectly.
If we make a personalisation error, your bracelet arrives damaged, or it has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement at no additional cost.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
What is the necklace made from? Will it tarnish?
The bracelet is made from stainless steel with an 18K gold-plated finish.*
Stainless steel resists tarnishing, but gold plating can wear over time. To help preserve the finish, remove your bracelet before showering, swimming or exercising. Avoid perfume, lotions and cleaning products, and store it somewhere clean and dry.
Is it suitable for everyday wear?
Yes. It's designed to feel lightweight, delicate and comfortable enough to wear every day.
What if I enter the wrong name?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct spelling. We’ll check whether we can update your personalisation before production begins.
Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible. Names made according to the details you submitted are not covered as personalisation errors under our guarantee.
