Finding Your Perfect Fit
Your ring should sit comfortably on your finger and slide over your knuckle with a little resistance. Check the size guide before ordering to find the best fit.
How to measure
Choose a ring that already fits the finger you plan to wear this ring on. Measure straight across its widest inside point in millimetres, excluding the metal band, then compare this measurement with the inside diameter shown in our size guide.
Alternatively, wrap a narrow strip of paper around the base of your finger. Mark where the ends meet, lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres. Compare this measurement with the circumference shown in our size guide.
Tip: Measure when your hands are at a comfortable temperature, ideally towards the end of the day. Check that your chosen size will also pass comfortably over your knuckle.

Your ring should arrive exactly as you ordered it.
If we make a mistake with any of your names or birthstones, if we send the wrong personalisation option, if your ring arrives damaged, or if it has a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it at no additional cost when you contact us within 30 days of delivery.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Names or spelling entered incorrectly by the customer
- Incorrect birthstones or name-and-birthstone pairings submitted at checkout
- An incorrect personalisation option or size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Loss or theft
- Accidental damage after delivery
- Damage caused by misuse or improper jewellery care
- Normal wear over time
Please check every name and its matching birthstone before placing your order. Once your ring has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

How does the personalisation work?
Choose whether you would like one, two, three or four names on your ring. Enter each name and select its matching birthstone before adding your ring to your cart.
Please double-check every spelling and make sure each birthstone is paired with the correct name. Your ring will be made according to the details you submit.
Which birthstone should I choose?
Choose a birthstone to match each person whose name appears on your ring. You could include your children, your partner, your grandchildren or other people who mean the most to you.
Use our birthstone chart to find each month’s colour. You can repeat a birthstone if two people share the same birth month.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Because your ring is personalised specifically for you, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns or returns for names, birthstones, personalisation options or sizes you selected incorrectly.
If we make a personalisation error, your ring arrives damaged, or you notice a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no additional cost. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
What is the ring made from? Will it tarnish?
This ring is made from Copper. To help preserve your ring’s finish, remove it before showering, swimming or exercising. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions and cleaning products, and store it somewhere dry when you’re not wearing it.
Is it suitable for everyday wear?
Yes. It's designed to feel lightweight, delicate and comfortable enough to wear every day.
What if I enter the wrong name?
Please double-check your spelling before placing your order. Once a personalised order has entered production, the name cannot be changed. Please call us as soon as you notice the error.
